Whether you're completely new to yoga or would just like a slower and more embodied practice, join us on Wednesdays at The Shed Collective. Throughout the course you'll be guided and supported through different yoga practices including movement and the postures of yoga (Asana), Breath-work (Pranayama) and Meditation.
