That's why there are two options that can be tailored specifically to your needs.
Option 1 is focused solely on breathwork, meditation & mindfulness practices so there's no need for your staff to get changed, or even to leave their desk.
This makes these important and powerful practices accessible to all ages and fitness levels and can easily be slotted into a busy workday.
While still focussing on elements of breathwork, meditation and mindfulness we will also include asana (the physical postures in yoga). These practices can be tailored to suit the needs of your staff and their abilities. All skill levels are welcome, and the practices can be focused around increasing energy, with more flowing movement (vinyasa/hatha), or a more calming practice where we hold stretches for a few minutes to really help to open up the body (yin), or a mix of both.
