REIKI HEALING
Reiki is a therapeutic and holistic healing modality. The word 'Reiki' (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word that translates to 'universally/spiritually guided life force energy'. It is the same energy that we hear of in other ancient practices and philosophies as 'prana', 'chi' or 'ki'. This energy is in every living thing and can be strong or weak, balanced or unbalanced. A Reiki therapist works with this energy to heal, balance and realign a person's life force energy. The benefits of Reiki can be felt on physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels.

During a Reiki session you will be guided to lay down and relax (fully clothed unlike with massage). I will place my hands on, or hover my hands over your body. I will then begin to work energetically to bring your body, mind, soul and energy back into alignment. This can feel very relaxing, nourishing and healing on many levels. Most sessions incorporate cleansing of your auric field with sage smudging, elements of meditation as well as crystal and sound healing.
