Join experienced Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Holistic Coach Alexandra Rangecroft and support the health and wellbeing of your body, mind and energy levels for six weeks of nourishing yoga practices. Now with two chances to practice each week.
Yin Yoga
Slow, steady and relaxing. Perfect if you're needing more time to rest, restore and let go of stress and tension. Opening more deeply into the body as you relax into postures on the ground.
Yoga Flow
A more dynamic but well balanced practice as we mindfully flow from one posture to the next with the breath. Great for helping to build or maintain strength, mobility and flexibility.

Each course usually runs for a series of six sessions to help you to receive the deeper, longer lasting benefits of a regular practice. You can choose one course or save and practice twice a week. Because of the holiday period we have a short little four week block over Jan/Feb with the full schedule starting at the end of Feb.

Limited spots are available so booking is essential
Mats, blocks and weighted eye pillows provided. All you'll need to bring is a blanket and a pillow for Yin.
