It's time for a little R&R! Treat yourself to a day of rest and relaxation as you're guided through gentle and supportive yoga practices, breath work, meditation, self enquiry, yoga nidra and sound healing as well as enjoying a fully catered vegetarian and vegan lunch (gluten free options available), so that you can rest and restore and fill up your internal feel good cup!
